Test Utils

Version 0.2.0 of Test Utils brings a series of enhancements focused on improving developer tooling, code quality enforcement, and project automation. A GitHub Actions release workflow has been added to streamline the release process, and documentation has been updated to use Poetry in place of flit_core for dependency management. A conftest.py boilerplate generator has also been introduced to help developers get up and running with testing configurations more quickly.

This release places a strong emphasis on pre-commit hooks, with several new additions to help maintain code standards across projects. New hooks include clean_customized_doctypes for managing Customized Doctypes, validate_copyright with directory exclusion support, and validate_customizations for enforcing customization integrity. Additionally, pre-commit hooks for validating JavaScript and Python dependency versions have been introduced, making it easier to keep dependencies consistent and up to date.
