Cloud Storage

Version 15.9.4 makes File versioning more reliable when content changes are involved: version tracking sets up and records correctly, fixing issues that previously affected this behavior.

Communications

Teams Notifier via Bot Network

Communications can now deliver notifications through Microsoft Teams using the MS BOTNetwork integration. Instead of relying on email alone or manual follow-up, teams can receive timely updates where they already work—inside Teams channels and conversations, similar in parity to Slack direct messages features. The Bot Network approach routes messages through a MS-hosted service so notification delivery stays consistent across environments and easier to manage as your Teams setup grows.

Public Calendar & Appointment Scheduling

The Public Calendar is now built into Communications, replacing the standalone app. Each user can publish one or more shareable calendars with two views: a public availability page (/calendar) where visitors see when someone is busy without private event details, and an authenticated booking page (/schedule) where logged-in users pick open slots and schedule appointments. Hosts configure working hours, slot length, buffer time between meetings, minimum notice, and how far ahead bookings are allowed; the system validates those rules before anything is booked. Appointments create Event records with email confirmations, optional ICS attachments, secure RSVP links for confirm/decline/cancel, and hourly reminder notifications. Timezone handling runs end-to-end—display uses the viewer’s timezone, server-side conversion keeps slots accurate, and users can update their timezone from the booking UI—so events show at the right local time across regions. Query parameters on schedule links (task, subject, description, and related portal fields) let you launch scheduling from workflows like onboarding or support: the booking form opens pre-filled and can link the resulting event back to the source Task. Together, these pieces turn Communications into a single place to share availability, take bookings, and manage follow-through without juggling separate calendar tools.

Test Utils

You can now generate a visual graph of your codebase, and static analysis reports are available as HTML with improved handling of overrides. New Semgrep-based linting rules — including custom AgriTheory rules — help catch security and code quality issues earlier.
