Autoreader

Version 15.4.0 brings several significant enhancements to Autoreader. Individual Email Inboxes can now be configured to process incoming ICS file attachments, automatically creating Frappe Calendar Events and adding participants whose User records exist in the system. Image processing has also been improved with the addition of major and skew rotation correction, allowing distorted document images to be straightened before OCR processing. Documentation has been updated with screenshots to illustrate the correction workflow.

This release also introduces a Work Queue component embedded within Frappe's workspace, displaying Autoreader task data in a table using the Stonecrop component library. On the infrastructure side, the project has been migrated to Poetry for dependency management, numpy has been added as a dependency, and various CI, pre-commit, and package configuration updates have been applied. The previous v15.3.0 release added the ability to exclude Auto Repeat Documents from deduplication match results within Autoreader Settings, ensuring that system-generated Auto Repeat Documents are omitted from candidate lists during Autoreader matching.

BEAM

Version 15.5.0 of BEAM introduces time log scanning support for mobile users, expanding the mobile workflow capabilities available in version 15. A type annotation issue with str | None in scan operations was also resolved as part of this update.

Additionally, this release cycle included warehouse scanning support in the Stock Reconciliation Doctype, along with a fix for unavailable valuation rates encountered in demo data.

Check Run

Version 15.9.1 of Check Run addresses a bug where saving was permitted before the table had finished rendering, along with a correction to the Mode Of Payment summary display. Several recent updates have also strengthened the overall quality and maintainability of the project, including new tests for checking increments, an updated README with full MIT license text, and improvements to the automated Changelog generation workflow.
