Check Run
Version 15.2.0 brings several notable improvements to Check Run. A new MICR Encoding Print Format has been added, complete with documentation, making it easier to produce properly formatted physical checks. Users can now configure the posting date for Payment Entries directly through Check Run settings, allowing for backdating or forward-dating of payments to ensure accurate financial records. Additionally, documentation has been translated into Spanish, broadening accessibility for users who prefer that language.
Behind the scenes, this release also includes several housekeeping updates. Pre-commit configuration has been refreshed, old customization validations have been removed, and tracking overrides have been improved. Backporting workflows for versions 14 and 15 have been streamlined through updated configuration files and GitHub Actions automation, and translation documentation has been enhanced by skipping code blocks across multiple files.
Electronic Payments
Version 15.0.1 addresses a bug that caused customizations to fail on load, improving stability for users relying on custom configurations. Installation instructions have also been updated to reflect version 15 requirements, and a yarn lock file has been added to improve dependency management.
On the continuous integration side, release versioning has been brought into alignment and the site configuration has been updated. Test reliability has also been improved, with fixes applied to rounding sequence handling and float comparison issues that affected version 14 compatibility.
Inventory Tools
Version 15.2.1 delivers a targeted bug fix, resolving an undefined global variable in the Purchase Invoice customization JavaScript that could cause unexpected behavior for users working with purchase workflows.
Version 15.2.0 introduced a new styled warehouse tree view, giving users improved visual clarity when navigating warehouse structures. The enhanced layout includes custom options for warehouse type and workstation configuration, making it easier to manage complex inventory setups at a glance.
