Check Run

Version 15.4.0 of Check Run brings several notable improvements focused on security, usability, and workflow enhancements. A new permissioned signature API has been introduced, giving administrators greater control over who can authorize actions within the application. Complementing this, permission checks have been added to custom buttons such as "Process Check Run," "Download Checks," and "Download NACHA," ensuring users can only perform the actions they are authorized to execute.

This release also delivers meaningful improvements to day-to-day operations. ACH Prenote Report functionality has been added, along with fixes to report rendering and conditional queries. Users will benefit from new keyboard shortcuts for navigating and selecting rows, improved handling of timestamp mismatches across both Python and Vue.js components, and enhancements to the approval workflow and validation processes. Additional updates include fixes to file assignment, improvements to Bank Account setup user experience, and updated approval workflow documentation.

Fleet

Version 15.1.0 of Fleet introduces a series of powerful integrations and visual improvements that significantly expand the application's capabilities. Traccar GPS integration has been added, allowing vehicles to be created and managed using IMEI codes, with devices automatically created in Traccar if they do not already exist and Vehicle data pushed to Traccar upon creation. Building on this foundation, Asset and Vehicle records are now linked so that when a tracked vehicle triggers a Traccar diagnostic alert, a draft Asset Repair document is automatically created for review.

Geofence support has also been introduced, enabling polygons, rectangles, and polylines to be drawn on a map within ERPNext Location records. These geofences can be synced with Traccar and linked to multiple vehicles to enable entry and exit alerting. On the visual side, custom HTML block tab styling in the Fleet workspace has been updated to align with the design of standard form tabs, and a new Fleet icon has been added for a more polished appearance.
